Light but dry, kiwifruit, green apple, and lemon thyme. Refreshing when paired with food, but not a stand alone or notable flavor.
Not amazing, but not unpleasant. High acid and medium bodied wine with notes of lemon, unripe pineapple, thyme, cream, and egg (custard?)
Rustic. Very fruity.
