Predominantly strawberries, some raspberries, a little bubble gum. Good palate intensity, fine bubbles but dissipates too quickly. Very slight bitter finish but not unpleasant.
Medium salmon with nice ascending fine bubbles. Cherry, pear, apple and orange blossom notes. Medium to soft acidity, medium astringency, medium fizziness and long finish with cherry, raspberry, Granny Smith apple and orange aftertaste. 3.5 / 83
